The Pollinator IPA
A new honey beer. The honey in this beer comes from a local NJ honey spot called Jean’s Honey of Flemington, NJ.
Search Saison, 5.5%
Funk and hops. Search is a futuristic, rustic Saison. Combining a dry funky Saison yeast with a new hop variety, from which imparts a white wine characteristic, Search is a beer for lovers of tradition, lovers of the future, and even wine connoisseurs.
Low Visibility Pale Ale, 4.8%
Über juicy and crushable. New Zealand hops bring notes of citrus, marmalade, and Oolong tea.
Vine Shine IPA, 6.5%
This beer was inspired by both East and West coast IPAs. Drawing its dank piney hop character from the West, and its smooth light bitterness, along with its dry “crushabilty” from the East, Vine Shine combines both styles a truly unique IPA.
Black Wheat, 5.0%
Surprisingly light bodied for such complex black beer. Specialty malts bring espresso, roast and malty notes, while while a few choice hops bring a nice herbal kick.
